The Ricoh MP C3504SP is the ideal printing solution for offices of every size, although its larger stature may benefit those with suitable space to accommodate its bulkier size. Printing, copying, scanning, and faxing in monochrome and colour, this machine is efficient, reliable, and incredibly high quality, managing large numbers of tasks at any one time; the ideal machine for big businesses of every kind.

Design

Measuring 587 x 685 x 963mm, and weighing 101kg the Ricoh C3504SP is far bigger than many office printers of a similar nature; its size in no way impacts its efficiency, however. The printer has a maximum capacity of 220 sheets and is capable of hosting a variety of paper types and sizes in order to manage projects of every kind. The Ricoh MP C3504SP’s document server has a maximum capacity of 3,000 pages, which are stored in its memory.

Advantages

Recovering from sleep mode in just 1 second, and with a capability of printing 35 pages per minute the Ricoh MP C3504SP was designed for speed, and to be as efficient as possible in an office environment; its productivity will enable businesses of every kind to thrive. This particular printer has a print resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi, and a scan resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, with numerous document formats created with the click of a button. Its fax machine takes just 2 seconds to read each page, and stores up to 2,000 speed dial numbers in its 64mb memory. Finally, the copier continues the Ricoh MP C3504SP’s good work; it features a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi, will recreate documents in between 4 and 7 seconds depending on whether colour or monochrome has been used, and can handle up to 999 copies at any time. It’s clear that the Ricoh C3504SP was designed with office life in mind, and its attention to quality and detail will stand companies in good stead.

Disadvantages

The Ricoh MP C3504SP has some fantastic features, although its warm up time of 25 seconds following a period of inactivity could be deemed a little slower than similar models made by different manufacturers.
