The Ricoh MP C4504ASP is a high functioning, multi-purpose machine perfect for smaller offices and individual work spaces. It offers high yield, high quality printing, with printing, copying, scanning and optional fax all in one. Ricoh has taken its dedication to streamlining the workflow one step further, with its integrated Smart Operation Panel and intel processor which means you can not only print from your mobile devices, but also scan and save straight to email and portable devices.

Design

The Ricoh MPC-4504ASP measures 587 x 685 x 963mm, weighs approximately 103.4 kg and has a smart, touch screen display of 10.1 inches. The Ricoh VGA Smart Operation Panel makes for incredibly easy viewing and use and will feel very familiar to anyone who has used a smartphone or tablet, with an intuitive interface. The Ricoh MP C4504ASP has a single pass document feeder and comes in several finishing options, so you can choose the one that best suits your office.

Advantages

The Ricoh MP C4504ASP has a 45ppm print and copy speed, including in colour and produces incredibly sharp 1,200 x 1,200 dpi resolution. The Smart Operation Panel makes for an easy to use machine that’s also very versatile. You can print documents directly from your email from a mobile device, making it also very efficient. There is also a USB/SD drive that enables you to print straight from your drive. The printer’s scanning capabilities are also excellent, and you are able to scan to email, folder, USB, SMB, FTP, URL, and PDF.

Disadvantages

The Ricoh MPC4504ASP is a great machine that’s very easy to use, and ideal for the modern workplace with all its manifold workflow needs, but there are printers out there that have a faster ppm speed so. If that’s what you’re looking for then we’d advise checking out other models.
