This Xerox black and white multifunction machine is a printer well-suited for the home office environment or smaller work groups with one to five users. It provides excellent performance and unprecedented reliability for everyday use. The Xerox B215 comes in with a very quiet operating system, a colour touchscreen interface that is simple to use, built-in Wi-Fi and a compact environmental footprint, making it a remarkably appealing printer for the smaller business.

Design

Wi-Fi Direct offers users a secure connection from any device to the printer, enabling wireless printing minus the necessity for complex set-ups. On the front of the Xerox B215 is a USB port, from which anything can be printed with a USB stick or external hard drive. The dimensions of the printer are 401 x 396.8 x 365.1mm (width x depth x height), while the device weighs in at a total of 11.45kg. The printer also features an 8.89cm capacitive touchscreen user interface that has the functionality of a smartphone, allowing copy, fax, printing and scanning capabilities to be swiped and tapped through very easily.

Advantages

The Xerox B215 is a small printer that provides a large performance, printing up to as many as 30 black and white pages per minute with a resolution of as much as 1,200 x 1,200 DPI, meaning that fast speed is not a compromise to the quality of what it produces, and printouts emerge with clear and crisp graphics and text. The recommended monthly print volume is up to 3,000 pages.
