  • Hi, what's the difference (apart from price of course) between the genuine Xerox Phaser 3320 toner cartridge and the Cartridge Save equivalent? Regards, Mukaram Sheikh.

Difference between genuine and Cartridge Save branded Xerox 3320 cartridges

There's very little difference between the genuine Xerox 106R02307 high capacity black toner and the Cartridge Save compatible Phaser 3320 high yield black toner except the price and the brand name. Our compatible Xerox 106R02307 toner cartridge has been made using recycled materials as opposed to the original Xerox 106R02307 toner which is brand new. You should see no loss of print quality when using our premium brand recycled Xerox 106R02307 toner cartridge in your Phaser 3320 printer. • Will this Xerox 3320 toner be compatible with the Phaser 3320DN printer model?

    Xerox Phaser 3320 toner compatibility

Yes, the Xerox Phaser 3320DN is a model variant of the Phaser 3320 laser printer so either of the original Xerox 106R02305 or Xerox 106R02307 black toner cartridges listed here for the Xerox Phaser 3320 will also be suitable for use in the Xerox Phaser 3320DN printer model.

Xerox Phaser 3320 Printer Review

Expert review of the Xerox Phaser 3320 printer

Our Verdict:

The network-ready Xerox Phaser 3320 printer is perfect for small workgroups and offices with limited space but high-volume printing needs. This compact monochrome laser printer can deliver 80,000 pages per month and boasts a reasonable print speed. For connectivity, users can choose from either Wi-Fi or Ethernet, which are both built into the unit. The Xerox Phaser 3320 has a 600 Mhz processor and is equipped with 128 MB memory, expandable to 384 MB. Print resolution can go as high as 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. The Xerox 3320 laser printer would be improved with the addition of a direct printing function.

Design

This cube-shaped printer measures 366 x 368 x 257 mm. The Phaser 3320 black and white laser printer has a small control panel with backlit LCD display. It also has a 50-sheet bypass tray and 250-sheet standard tray. The Xerox Phaser 3320 can go as fast as 37 ppm, with the first page coming out in 6.5 seconds.

Advantages

Users do not need to wait long to get their prints. Not only is the Xerox Phaser 3320 printer fast and reliable – it also delivers high-quality output. This unit also has an automatic duplexer for double-sided printing. Networking is easy, thanks to the built-in Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity and the compatibility of the Xerox Phaser 3320 to most operating systems. The cartridges for the Xerox Phaser 3320 have a yield of 5,000 or 11,000 pages so frequent replacement of the toner isn't necessary.

Disadvantages

Paper-handling capacity is quite low, even with optional paper trays. The Xerox Phaser 3320 monochrome laser printer lacks a front panel USB port for direct printing from thumb drives.
