Versatile, professional and efficient, the Xerox VersaLink B7030 is an all-around four-in-one machine designed to support the needs of small to medium businesses and some higher volume home offices. With decent processing power and printing speed, the machine is a great budget-friendly, yet effective multifunctional machine. Integrated with the Xerox ConnectKey technology, users can simply connect to the machine via Wi-Fi to most mobile devices and cloud storage systems. This allows documents and images to be sent straight to the machine to be copied or printed.
Design
This stand-alone machine measures 23 x 30 x 26 inches in a compact and sleek cube style. With a 320Gb hard drive, a 1.05 GHz Dual-Core processor and 2GB memory, the Xerox VersaLink B7030 can produce up to 30 pages per minute and a monthly duty cycle of up to 129,000 pages. The black and white printer and copier can produce images with a quality of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi. The duplex automatic document feeder can hold up to 110 sheets with a total of 620 sheets held in the main tray and bypass tray.

Complete with mobile device and cloud storage connectivity, the multifunctional machine is technologically up-to-date. The machine is relatively easy to install and operate, and the seven-inch colour touchscreen provides a user-friendly experience.
Disadvantages
The Xerox B7030 is an amazing simple multifunction machine but it does have its limitations. The speed and picture quality may not be up to the standard some medium to large businesses require. The paper storage is also limited, but additional trays can be purchased if needed.
