Ideal for small to mid-size offices, the Xerox WorkCentre 3210N is a reliable all-in-one unit that offers good print speeds and affordable running costs. The WorkCentre 3210N produces excellent quality prints at decent rates. Its copier and scanner elements offer advanced features including copy zoom. The integrated fax modem has a 33.6 Kbps transmission speed, which allows speedy exchange of messages. However, the Xerox WorkCentre 3210N is only capable of monochrome printing and warm up time can be quite slow.

Design

The Xerox WorkCentre 3210N multifunction printer measures only about 17.5x16.2x15.6 inches and weighs only 30.4 pounds. It uses a single ink cartridge and has a mid-capacity paper tray that can handle various types of print media. The device features a simple control panel with a small LCD screen, while an ADF unit rests on top of the scanner and copier for easy document handling. The Xerox WorkCentre 3210N is also capable of networking, making it easy to share over a workgroup.
