The Xerox 6505DN is a colour multi-function printer that fits the needs of a busy team. It is capable of printing, scanning, copying and faxing in colour or black. Its all-in-one capabilities make it stand out from the competition. Unfortunately, it is not especially fast. It also has an unimpressive duty cycle and print resolution. Print resolution might be important for a marketing firm or a business interested in superior quality prints; however, this is unlikely to be a factor in general use.

Design

This printer weighs 29.6 kg, and measures 430 x 544.2 x 584.4 mm. The exterior is primarily white, with dark blue wrapping around the upper area near the display, controls, and paper output area. Above the paper output, you will find the scanner and copier lid. This machine features 256 MB of memory and has a USB port.

Advantages

The Xerox WorkCentre 6505DN can print, copy, scan, and fax. Its multi-functionality is the most important feature. Automatic two-sided printing is a valuable feature because it saves paper and money.
