The Ricoh Aficio SP-C250DNW is a colour laser printer able to print up to A4 size. It is designed for use in a small or home office, producing clear, good quality documents at an affordable price tag. Wireless connectivity allows for multiple users and also caters for those who wish to print directly from laptops and smart devices. The printer is small enough to be easily located even in limited space, but as there is no scan, copy or fax function you may also need space and budget for additional devices. Although the printer works quietly, the fan does cause some noise, which may limit your option for locating the device to avoid workplace disruption.

Design

The Ricoh Aficio SPC250DNW measures 320x400x450mm and comes in a black and white design suitable for most office colour schemes. Print speeds are 20ppm, resolution is 2400 x 600 dpi and the monthly duty cycle is 30,000 pages. Paper is stored in a 250-sheet paper tray and there is also a single sheet bypass tray. Further paper trays can be added if required. Connection is achieved from a USB or network interface or wirelessly from PCs, laptops and smart devices. A backlit two-line LCD allows the printer to be monitored and navigated.

Advantages

With low running costs, the Ricoh Aficio SP-C250DNW is ideal for those on a limited budget as well as wanting to reduce their environmental impact. Multiple connectivity options make it suitable for a number of users, including those wishing to print wirelessly from laptops and smart devices.
