Customer service was professional and helpful. The toner was delivered the next day, unfortunately to my old address, I did give them my new address.

Installation was easy, but it's a genuine piece of kit so it should be!
Price was competitive, even though it was expensive, I guess the price is what it is. Print quality is good/normal. I'm using an HP Laserjet M209dw. And yes, this cartridge is worth buying, it's been perfect all round.
