I’ve been a Cartridgesave customer for several years. I have used their own brand ink in my HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M455 and previous printers during all that time with great results, no problems and at a fraction of the cost of OEM inks. Recently, the magenta cartridge started to leak, leaving a wide red streak down one side of all printed pages. I contacted Cartridgesave’s support and explained the problem. Their response was immediate and I had a brand new cartridge in my hands a day later. Free of Charge. That’s what I call outstanding customer support. I would recommend these cartridges and this company to anyone owning a printer.
