Next day delivery - very impressed. The printer is good, a small mono laser printer to replace a very old one. The print quality is good and it is quick in operation. It is modestly priced for a laser printer. Fortunately the set up was fairly intuitive as the instructions are in the form of diagrams which are too small and very far from clear. The CD would not open on my Mac computer but does not seem to be necessary for the printer to work
