Excellent service but frustrated to have made an ordering error because Cartridgesave put their products ahead of branded products on their website. Really annoyed to have just realised I inadvertently purchased "compatible" cartridges which work for a short while until HP automatically update their software ... which is often. I am hoping I can improve this review when I discuss with Cartridgesave - they were very helpful last time I had this issue.
