So impressed. I believe I ordered the wrong cartridge, rang Cartridge save, explained the situation. Money refunded and correct cartridges arrived next morning. Wish more companies were this understanding and efficient. Many thanks.

Problem with adding the cartridge save to my HP printer, made a call and was given a couple of ways to try to get working, neither worked and was sent replacement cartridges at no coast which sorted the problem. I have always used cartridge save and will continue to do so. I have also recommended the company to several friends.
