Because of an unspecified delay, delivery was not next day but day after. Because of the delay they were given a safe place which they ignored. Their notification said it was left in the Front Porch, which was locked shut and not the safe place anyway. It was left on the front doorstep in full view of, and close to, any passing pedestrian. Luckily it was still there when we got home and I didn't have to get you to send a replacement. Next time - please NOT DPD - and then maybe you'll get 5*
