This was a replacement for a faulty cartridge that wouldn’t lock into printer. Phoned at 5:15pm to explain and received a new cartridge next day, without any fuss. Excellent service. Have used cartridgessave for probably over 10 years without any issues and have no problem recommending them. Print quality has always been brilliant. Printer: Dell C1765 nfw.
