No complaints about the product, but sent by Royal Mail 1st class and took 3 days to reach me...rather use an overnight courier as you did with the toner waste cartridges which arrived next day.

Super fast delivery. Really easy to installl and the quality looks the same as original ink on my Lexmark printer. Would alway use Cartridgesave

I had some trouble installing the cartridge. I found out the ‘chip’ in it was misaligned so the printer didn’t ‘see’ it. After a little fiddling around I managed to get it popped back into place and installed. Works great now and print quality is excellent.
