  • Can I use the high capacity photo black 26XL cartridge in my XP-601 printer for all black printing of text and photos?

    Compatible Epson 26XL cartridge use

    We don't list the Epson XP-601 as a valid UK printer model so we can't guarantee that this compatible Epson 26XL photo black cartridge would work in your printer. Cartridge Save only supplies ink for printers that were purchased in the UK. For non-UK printers you'll usually require cartridges with different codes to the ones that we supply. If your printer uses a photo black cartridge as well as the regular black then you'll need to install both of these cartridges in order for the machine to work. The printer uses the photo black for black and white photo prints and the regular black for printing text and everyday documents. This compatible photo black Epson 26XL ink cartridge can only be used in the printers listed below under the heading, "This item is guaranteed to work in the following printers:"

  • How do I obtain the PBK 26 set-up ink for this printer?

    Photo black ink for Epson XP-510

    This is a compatible photo black Epson 26XL cartridge which only acts as a replacement for the regular Epson photo black cartridges, it won't work as a SETUP cartridge. SETUP cartridges are bundled with the printer itself and aren't on general sale. In order to source a photo black SETUP cartridge for your Epson XP-510 printer you must contact Epson directly. Once you've activated the printer properly using the photo black SETUP cartridge from Epson you'll then be able to use the regular replacement cartridges that we supply in your XP-510 printer such as this compatible 26XL photo black cartridge.
