    Problem is that these cartridges are half the size of the ones in the printer and do not have my printer number listed on on the box. I panicked and wanted to trade them in. I called and Johhny of Cartridgesave explained that there is something called a drum. (It does not look like any drum I ever saw) that is half the cartridge. I had put it for recycling. I rescued it, put the new cartridge into it and into the printer hey presto, my dead printer revived. THANKS JOHNNY AND CARTRIDGESAVE!.
