Setting this Brother printer up was a complete nightmare. I have never experienced anything so tortuous. Let's hope, now I have got it connected, the printer proves good quality. Already I am wishing I had bought another Canon! The cashback? Well after trying to negotiate Brother's website I will be amazed if I get it.
