Normally work fine, but this compatible looked slightly different to previous units I’ve had, and unfortunately was rejected by my printer.

Service not the same as previous orders. There seemed to be a little confusion when I changed my address details and for some reason you couldn’t accept my debit card, necessitating a bank transfer, however goods arrived in good order, let’s hope things go better next time
