I mistakenly ordered the wrong cartridges. Rang and explained. Was refunded for the order and my correct cartridges sent. Received them the next morning. Shame you can’t give higher than 5 stars.

I have used Cartridge Save for several years now and have always been pleased with the product. For the first time I received a Cartridge which I could not get to work. I returned it and it was replaced immediately with no quibble. Very reassuring and I will continue to buy my cartridges from Cartridge Save.
