My only problem is that on a number of occasions the cartridge has not given the amount of ink expected. Otherwise a good efficient service

The first cartridge I received did not work in my printer, in spite of carrying out the trouble shooting process recommended. However after a quick phone call to Cartridgesave a replacement was sent free of charge which thankfully worked fine. Thank you!
