I had a compatible black toner cartridge in my printer that according to the level display showed as part full. However, it was printing very faintly despite me giving it a good shake several times! When I replaced it with one the toners purchased, it worked fine. So, I am happy that I don't need to replace my 13 year old printer yet! These compatible toner cartridges are good value and works fine.

I would highly recommend this product. Easy installation, great quality at affordable price and next day delivery really could not ask for more. I have an HP laser jet colour MFP M175nw printer. I have shopped with Cartridge Save for many years now and 100% happy.

Good morning, Last year I purchased from you a cartridge twin pack for my printer – HP Laser Jet CP1025 Color – I installed the first cartridge last year on receipt of my order which worked well. I recently installed the second cartridge which hasn’t worked, with the printer command saying it wasn’t compatible. I’ve placed this recent order and installed one of the new cartridges which also indicates that it is not compatible, so not working. So I have two opened cartridges that are not working and one unopened. Can you please advise on this with suggestions of how to remedy this, if this might be related to settings or if this is a fault or compatibility issue. Many thanks, Amalabandhu Chandler
