Much cheaper than the genuine HP printer cartridges and they work perfectly well, so very pleased with the product. Disappointed that an option to recycle the old printer cartridges isn't included. I had to google what to do and then found that I had to arrange this myself and pay for the cartridges to be sent back to Cartridgesave. This wasn't really a problem for me and only cost £3.20 for three empty cartridges to be returned. However, why doesn't Cartridgesave add 2 or 3 pounds to the price of the products and provide a pre-paid return label. This might save huge amounts of empty cartridges being put in the waste bin, since many people might assume that paying for them to be returned would be expensive. I certainly thought it would have costed me more than £3.20!

This is the fourth set of these cartridges that I have had from Cartridge Save and I cannot recommended highly enough, Their prices a low and their customer service is brilliant, not to mention their lightning delivery speed!
