Designed for SOHO users, the HP Officejet 2622 all-in-one can print, copy, scan and fax. It has a monthly duty cycle of 1,000 pages. To reduce running costs, the Hewlett Packard Officejet 2622 printer uses individual ink cartridges. What’s more, high yield Officejet 2622 inks are also available for large jobs. The top speed of the HP Officejet 2622 AiO printer is 7ppm for mono or 4ppm for colour while for copies it's 4.5cpm for mono and 3cpm for colour.

Design

The HP Officejet 2622 inkjet printer comes in black and white housing. It measures 445 x 365 x 217mm and weighs 5.4kg. Its control panel has a numeric keypad, function buttons and a colour LCD. For paper-handling, it has a 35-sheet automatic document feeder and a 60-sheet paper tray. A USB interface is on the HP Officejet 2622 colour printer.

Advantages

The HP Officejet 2622 colour multifunction printer delivers impressive coloured and monochrome prints as it has a maximum print resolution of 4800 x 1200dpi. This model also has a maximum scan resolution of 1200 x 2400dpi. Installation of the Officejet 2622 all-in-one inkjet printer is quick and easy and it's compatible with Mac and PC. PC fax is available and the fax machine has a modem speed of 33.6kbps. To reduce paper waste, this unit is integrated with a duplexer. Replacement HP 301XL ink cartridges have a high yield which can reduce printing costs for frequent users.

Disadvantages

The HP 2622 Officejet printer is quite large for a multifunction unit and yet it has limited paper handling capacity with no option for extra trays. Although prints have good quality, they take a long time to come out. The HP 2622 multifunction printer lacks networking connectivity.
