A basic single-function inkjet, the HP Officejet 6127 is suitable for households in need of a device to do everyday print jobs and good-quality photos. It is an excellent personal printer and is often good enough for small-business standards. However, being an older model, the HP Officejet 6127 does not have additional functions that newer MFPs do.

Design

The HP Officejet 6127 boasts an elegant sleek grey and white finish, featuring a neat control panel and an auto duplexer. It also features several connectivity options, including a high speed USB port, Ethernet slot, and an optional JetDirect connection, which can be used for networking. The machine boasts 16MB of memory.

Advantages

The HP Officejet 6127 is known for its impressive print speed, averaging 20 pages per minute for black and white documents and 13 pages per minute for colour outputs. It also comes with an affordable price tag and maximum resolutions of up to 4800x1200 dpi in colour.

Disadvantages

The HP Officejet 6127, however, may not be at par with more advanced photo-centric printers in the market. It is outdated compared to newer multifunction devices that HP and other brands have produced in the past years.
