The HP Photosmart 8050xi is designed for personal and home office use. It delivers excellent photos and crisp black and white documents. Using Thermal inkjet technology, it can print a maximum resolution of 4800 x 1200 dpi. It tends to slow down when printing large files.

Design

Sleek and compact (with dimensions of 6.22" x 18.3"), the HP Photosmart 8050xi can easily slide into bookcases and won't clutter up a desk. It has an input capacity of 100 sheets and an output capacity of 50 sheets. It weighs less than 5 kilograms, so it is easy to move around.

Advantages

Print without a PC by using Bluetooth ready devices or a memory card. The HP Photosmart 8050xi has memory card slots and supports a number of file types. It is also powered by PictBridge, which allows direct printing from a compatible camera. The HP Photosmart 8050xi is comparatively fast, with a speed of 30 ppm (black).
