HP Photosmart C4183 Ink Cartridges

Design

This printer looks similar to other Photosmart All-In-One devices, except for the significantly lighter body (4.5 kg). The HP Photosmart C4183 is 22.3 inches in diameter, 18.3 inches wide, and 15.8 inches tall. The display screen is large and can be flipped up for ease in viewing. The control panel is simple and won't intimidate first-time users. The memory card slots are conveniently located to your lower left, beside the paper feed and output tray, which has yet to be improved in terms of durability.

Advantages

In 'fast' mode, the HP Photosmart C4183 maintains good quality output and produces 30 ppm on plain paper. The printer can do 24 ppm in colour (Fast) in either copy or print modes. The memory card slots can support a good selection of commonly used flash memory, including memory stick, memory stick pro, memory stick duo, XD-picture card, and MMC. A special adapter can be purchased for supporting other types of memory cards.

Disadvantages

Speed is still one of the major drawbacks of the HP Photosmart C4183. It becomes very sluggish in 'best' mode and when using the maximum dpi setting. It can only handle 1GB memory cards with a maximum of 1,000 files inside. Otherwise, the Photosmart C4183 will freeze or become very slow.
