The advanced Brother PT-2100 PC connectable labelling system is ideal for offices and comes with easy-to-use PT editor software. The Brother P-Touch PT-2100 printer has excellent features from an automatic, built-in cutter to auto templates and barcodes. It may come with an AC adapter but the batteries are bought separately.

Design

The sleek and eye-catching Brother PT-2100 portable label printer comes in silver and black. It has a large LCD display that can show 16 characters and 3 lines. A preview key is on the Brother PT-2100 along with other function keys, navigation keys and a QWERTY keypad. The genuine Brother P-Touch 2100 label tape comes in a range of sizes including 3.5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm and 18mm.

Advantages

The PC-connectable Brother PT-2100 label printer allows symbols and logos to be imported into it. This device can create custom labels and offers 14 auto templates as well as 92 built-in symbols, and 10 font styles. It has built-in memory to save up to 301 characters or 9 labels. The Brother PT2100 labeller can also handle up to 9 multi-copy prints. This device can deliver up to 5 lines per label and it can even print logos, barcodes and clip arts. What’s more, all of the original Brother PT2100 print labels are durable and can be used for indoor or outdoor items. To reduce errors, labels can be viewed before printing through the preview button.

Disadvantages

The package of the P-Touch PT-2100 label maker includes an AC adapter but initial batteries aren't available. The Brother PT 2100 printer would be better if it didn’t have limited fonts, only four are standard. Rotate printing and date / time stamping functions aren’t available.
