Your printer warranty is safe
Some people whose printers are less than a year old worry that an own-brand cartridge might invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty. This isn’t true. By law, manufacturers aren’t allowed to invalidate your warranty if you use own-brand cartridges. If something does go wrong and our own-brand cartridges are to blame, we’ll take over the manufacturer’s warranty, offer you phone support and repair or replace your printer if needed.

Had a problem with a new cartridge, rang for help, Donna was super tried some troubleshooting first then sent me new cartridge which of course arrived next morning as usual. Perfect service as always I will never go elsewhere and have not done so since first using them a few years ago. Thank you all at Cartridge Save. First class.

I was very disappointed when I installed this ink cartridge -- despite trying to install and then uninstall it a number of times my printer always came up with the same message , i.e. it couldn't detect the ink cartridge ! Fortunately , I had a spare cartridge ( of similar type ) and when I installed that one there was no problem. It did mean that I had to order another ink cartridge from Cartridge Save to ensure I always still had a spare available. This was the first time I have had a problem with ink cartridges from Cartridge Save.
