Speedy prompt delivery. My only negative is the cartridges seem to have shrunk slighlty but the cost has remained the same.

Have used CS for 4 to 5 years now and not been disappointed. I have a Brother MFC-J870DW (now quite old) - installation of the cartridges is very easy. Print quality remains good. Competitive price v printer manufacturer's.
