Whilst ordinarily very happy with the service provided, having ordered three cartridges on 1st May and a fourth on 4th May, I'm a little anxious as I haven't received any of the order as yet.

Given the volume of cartridges we purchase (large, for our office size) it would be nice if we could secure some form of loyalty discount. Otherwise the service is excellent.
