This was delivered quickly and efficiently. They were also very helpful with my return of this as I inadvertently ordered the wrong one. The return process is really good, gave me great confidence that it wouldnt go astray.

Before ordering MK-170 Maintenace kit I tried in vain to obtain a parts list of what was included. On the webiste all there was is 'flakey' marketing terminology details everything, but nothing relating to the contents of the kit. I called Customer Services to no avail, I was referred to Kyocera but drew a blank there unless you raise a service call out. In the end I opted to by the kit on the basis I'd see what was in in, and if it did not contain what I wanted for my repairs I'd return it. On receipt I found it contained : 1 x DV170 Developer Assembly 1 x DK170 Drum Unit Bought seperately they cost around £220, bought as MK-170 £125 so good value. My gripe is why not specify on website whats contained the the MK-170 Kit!!
