I have already phoned to congratulate you on a standard of service rarely found these days. A couple of days ago I tried to insert a replacement cartridge, but it wouldn't quite fit. Although it was about 1730, I rang. The phone was answered promptly and politely, a replacement cartridge ordered without quibble, and delivered at 0830 today. Congraluations - service like that is very rare these days . Thank you
