I am a regular user. Delivery is prompt and the cartridges and packaging are clean, convenient and recyclable. I have had no problems with the Samsung cartridge. The alternative replica version is a great deal cheaper, fits perfectly well and is fine for most print, but I have found it makes rather a dark image if copying a photo.
