Having had difficulty obtaining this product from local suppliers, due to the age of the Printer; I seached on line and Cartridgesave were the best price who could deliver quickly. There was a slight problem over delivery, which was down to the carrier, not Cartridgesave, which then resulted in me having to pay a Premium to the Carriers; which was a shame, as we are a Charity. However I can not fault Cartridgesave's actions. I would suggest that they perhaps look at the service that their chosen carriers supply though.
