Hi, Customer service is great. I say that because with CORVID-19 the postal service is understandably slow. I have not received my cartridge order, but it is how a business handles problems like this and the customer service I have received is very good and I believe the issue will be resolved. They have been quick to respond and act. I think we have all had bad experiences from online and some brick based businesses, but because of how they have handled I would buy from them in the future. The strange thing is I have not yet received my order, but if the same care is take with their product selection as they do their customer service then I have nothing to worry about. I hope this insight helps someone else.
