The Brother DCP-1612WVB is a wireless monochrome laser printer with the ability to scan and copy as well as print. It is designed to work well in a small or home office, where the compact footprint will make it easy to place. This is a basic no-frills device that will provide reliable monochrome printing. Straightforward to operate, there should be no delays in using the machine, and the sturdy design ensures long-lasting use. For added peace of mind, there is a three-year warranty. However, as there is no facility for colour printing, this printer may not fulfil all the printing needs. With a 150-sheet maximum paper capacity, it is designed for medium usage. During times of high usage, this capacity may not be sufficient and printer downtime will be needed for refills.

Design

The Brother DCP-1612WVB is a compact, stylish machine with an LCD screen on the front to monitor and navigate the printer. It measures 385 x 340 x 255 mm. The screen holds 16 characters on two lines. Connection is achieved from a USB interface or wirelessly. A paper tray holds 150 sheets. The print speed is 20 ppm and the resolution is 2400 x 600 dpi.
