      This was my first purchase from Cartridge save and I must say I am impressed not only with the service but the quality of the product. Our normal supplier had let us down and we needed a fax toner urgently, I was slightly nervous when ordering the toner as it was half the price of our normal supplier but thought I would take the chance, and I am glad I did. I ordered it on the Friday and it was with me first thing Monday morning and I cannot complain over the quality of the product it is no different to the brother one that i normally purchase apart from it does not carry the name and was half the price.

Our Verdict:

The Brother MFC-8070 is a fax machine intended for micro offices or home use. This unit uses laser printer type to deliver solid output quality. It has low running costs and has a modem speed of 14400 – 2400 bps with automatic fallback. Resolution is 8 dots / mm by 15.4 lines / mm. Aside from faxing, the Brother MFC-8070 laser fax machine is also capable of copying. Nevertheless, the MFC-8070 multifunction printer has a slow copy speed.

Design

This large unit has paper trays and a large control panel with an LCD display plus a handset. The Brother MFC-8070 laser fax has a multipurpose tray and an automatic document feeder and can handle 220 sheets at a time. Copy speed can go as fast as 8 cpm. The Brother MFC-8070 printer also has 2MB of memory and can save 80 pages. The unit measures 395 x 359 x 243 mm.

Advantages

Users will have no trouble operating the Brother MFC8070 fax.
