The Wi-Fi-enabled Canon i-SENSYS MF-628Cw MFP can print, copy, scan and fax. It offers print consistency as well as quality. Using four separate Canon 731 all-in-one toner cartridges, users will have no trouble with consumable maintenance and replacement. The Canon i-SENSYS MF628Cw colour laser multifunction printer would be better if it had a quicker print speed.

Design

The all-in-one Canon i-SENSYS MF-628Cw wireless 4-in-1 laser printer comes with a flatbed scanner covered by an automatic document feeder. It measures 430 x 484 x 429mm and weighs 26kg. This model has a memory of 512MB. Users will have no trouble operating the i-SENSYS MF 628Cw colour multifunction printer as it has a touchscreen display and function buttons. This model also has a USB host to allow direct printing from and scanning to thumb drives.

Advantages

The Canon i-SENSYS MF-628Cw wireless colour printer boasts a Super G3 fax with a modem speed of 33.6kbps. It can transmit 1 page in 3 seconds. This model allows for easy sharing with workgroups with its standard Ethernet and Wi-Fi. The Canon i-SENSYS MF-628Cw all-in-one colour laser printer is also compatible with cloud and mobile printing. To save on paper, this model offers scan to email and folder features.

Disadvantages

Multifunction units have surpassed the rather sluggish print speed of the Canon i-SENSYS MF628Cw laser printer at 14ppm for monochrome and colour. This model would be improved by the inclusion of a duplexer as well as optional paper trays.
