The Canon i-SENSYS MF-631CN is a multifunction colour laser printer with the ability to print, scan and copy up to A4 size. The compact size and low price tag means it will work well in a small or home office, giving consistently good quality results. The use of apps allows for remote monitoring and management, as well as printing from smart devices. The use of PIN security makes it suitable for multiple-person use and the printing of confidential documents. Maintenance is simple, and the high-yield cartridges reduce printer downtime, although as paper capacity is small, additional time will be needed for paper refills. There is no fax function with this printer so another device may be required.

Design

The Canon i-SENSYS MF-631CN has the dimensions 451mm x 460mm x 400mm. The printer’s tasks are monitored and controlled using a 12.7 cm colour touchscreen. The printer has a paper tray storing 150 sheets and a feed slot for papers to be fed manually. Print speeds are 18ppm, resolution is 600 x 600 dpi and the monthly duty cycle is 30,000 pages. Connection is achieved from a USB or network interface.

Advantages

The Canon i-SENSYS MF-631CN utilises laser technology for improved colour performance and delivers consistently good quality and professional results.
