The Canon i-SENSYS MF-8280CW colour laser multifunction printer makes it possible for users in a small office to share content and simplify direct printing from mobile devices. The Canon i-SENSYS MF8280CW colour laser MFP is a versatile multifunction machine that supports network and wireless printing, and it produces output in colour, too, but it is heavy and somewhat bulky.

Design

This boxy 26Kg multifunction machine measures 430mm wide, 429mm tall, and 484mm deep, and it has a seven-line LCD serving as the centrepiece of the simplified operator panel. A 50-sheet ADF sits on the flatbed scanner. The Canon i-SENSYS MF8280CW laser multifunction printer runs on 256MB of shared memory, and connectivity options are Wi-Fi, high-speed USB 2.0, and Ethernet. Paper is handled by a 150-sheet cassette, a single sheet feeder, and a 125-sheet output tray.

Advantages

The fax machine of the Canon i-SENSYS MF-8280CW can store up to 512 pages and 181 speed dials in its memory, and it can automatically switch between fax and telephone or answer mode. The network and Wi-Fi ready Canon MF8280CW desktop multifunctional can be shared through a wireless or wired network. The ADF, network scanning, and direct printing from smart phones are among the timesaving features of this device. The Canon i-SENSYS MF-8280CW printer supports a wide range of media like envelopes, index cards, coated paper, and transparencies. Original Canon MF-8280CW toner cartridges deliver bright, eye-catching output without being too expensive.

Disadvantages

The print speed is sub par when compared to other printers from the same brand. The i-SENSYS MF-8280CW colour multifunction printer doesn't have a handset for the fax machine. There are no options to expand the memory and paper capacity of the MF-8280CW, and it requires more installation space at 801mm for the headroom and 1229mm for the length.
