The Kyocera M5526cdw is an all-in-one colour laser printer with the ability to print, scan, copy and fax. The compact size and low noise levels mean that it is easy to place, even in small offices. The print quality of both documents and graphics is of a professional standard with clear text and vibrant graphics, making it a good option for small or home offices. However, there is no option for finishing, so hole punching, stapling or other finishing techniques will need to be carried out by hand.

Design

The size of the Kyocera ECOSYS M5526cdw is 417mm x 429mm x 495mm. The grey design will fit in well with most office or home colour schemes. It prints at speeds of 26ppm in both mono and colour. The monthly duty cycle is 50,000 pages. The resolution is 1200 dpi. A control panel with programme keys and an intuitive 4.3” touch screen is used to navigate the printer and check the status. The input tray holds 250 sheets and the output 150. In addition, there is a 50-sheet multipurpose tray. Connection is achieved via a USB, network or wirelessly.

Advantages

The Kyocera M5526cdw is easy to set up and has low running costs. It produces good-quality texts and graphics free from smudging. The compact size of the printer makes it ideal in home offices or workplaces where space is at a premium.
