The Kyocera ECOSYS P5026cdn is an all-in-one colour laser printer with the ability to print, scan, copy and fax. The compact size means that it is easy to place, even in small offices. It will print documents and graphics to a professional standard with rich black text and true-to-life colours in fine detail, making it a good option for small businesses or home offices. However, connection is limited to USB or network, so it is not possible to print directly from smart devices, and any finishing required will need to be done by hand.

Design

With the dimensions 410mm x 410mm x 329mm, the Kyocera ECOSYS P5026cdn is a compact machine. The grey design will fit in with most décors. The P5026cdn’s status can be checked and the options can be navigated using the control panel and a two-line LCD backlit display screen. The input tray holds 250 sheets and the output 150. In addition, there is a 50-sheet multipurpose tray. It prints at speeds of 26ppm in both mono and colour, and the monthly duty cycle is 50,000 pages. Resolution is 1200 dpi. Connection is achieved via a USB or network.

Advantages

The Kyocera ECOSYS-P5026cdn is straightforward to set up, and thanks to the high-yield toners, it has low running costs. The compact size of the printer makes it ideal in home offices or workplaces where space is at a premium. This laser printer has recyclable cartridges, the option of an energy-saving quiet mode and automatic duplex printing to reduce waste and energy costs, benefiting the environment. The print quality is good, with crisp text and detailed graphics.

Disadvantages
