Secure printing is a key feature of the Kyocera P7240cdn with both SSL and an optional PIN, making it perfect for a busy office where mobile printing may be needed. The printer is a colour laser printer and although its maximum print size is A4, it can handle most of the printing requirements of a busy office. However, with most businesses accustomed to using multifunctional devices, this printer’s lack of copying and scanning facilities may rule it out for a busy office environment.

Design

This ECOSYS model offers both network and USB connectivity, but there is an optional wi-fi function that may be useful in some busy environments. Double-sided printing is automatic on this model, but it can be changed if needed. The printer features a multipurpose tray that holds 100 sheets and a paper tray that will hold up to 500 sheets. The memory on the printer is 1 GB and the unit is compatible with both Mac and Windows.

Advantages
