A small office can improve their productivity and save space with the Kyocera FS-C2026MFP, an all-in-one device with built-in scan, copy, and print functions. It has features that help reduce downtime and save resources, too, but its full usability is questionable because of design issues and the absence of some important functions.

Design

The Kyocera FS-C2026MFP is built based on a universal design with a somewhat bulky frame that measures 580mm tall, 550mm deep, and 514mm wide. It weighs 36Kg, so it needs a steady and sturdy surface for installation. The control panel has one-touch operational keys, a small LCD screen, navigational keys, and a numeric keypad. High-speed USB 2.0 and fast Ethernet are the main interfaces, while default paper handling is by a 250-sheet cassette and a 50-sheet multipurpose tray.

Advantages

The memory of the Kyocera FS-C2026MFP is expandable to 1792MB.
