Our Verdict:

The Oki 332dn struggles to compete with printers in the same price bracket. Though it comes with the usual Oki eco features, and boasts reasonable print speeds and output capacity, this printer is rather slow and expensive to run when compared to similarly priced printers. As expected, mobile printing, duplex printing, mixed media printing and high-definition colour printing are among the features; however, this printer is only suitable for small businesses and one to five users.

Design

Measuring just 410mm x 504mm x 242mm, this device is small and compact and is designed for small companies or home offices. The 250-page capacity tray is easily accessible from the front, and users gather their prints at the top of the device. The small interface screen and operating keypad are accessible and user-friendly. Noise levels during the printing operation and sleep mode are minimal.

Advantages

The Oki C332dn’s main assets are the quality of the colour prints, multimedia capabilities, environmentally friendly features, reasonable monthly output capacity, mobile printing functions and the design. This printer is tailor-made for small businesses wishing to produce in-house marketing and advertising materials. Oki recommends a monthly output of 5,000 sheets, which is likely to suit only very small businesses.
