A multifunction colour printer that is suited to small- or medium-sized businesses, the Sharp MX-3060V laserjet machine is designed to boost productivity throughout the workplace. Cloud connectivity is excellent, and users can access it through a single sign in. The printer also supports mobile use via wireless, and users can print Microsoft Office files directly from a USB flash drive. In a department with more than one Sharp MFP, one can be designated as a server and then used to store and share documents with other devices that are part of the network.

Design

The MX-3060V Sharp printer model provides users with copy or print speeds of up to 30ppm in colour or monochrome. It includes a reversing single-pass feeder that holds 100 sheets at a time and will scan at a rate of 80ppm, delivering an efficient solution to more complex jobs. The printer supports a huge selection of media, from paper weighing up to 300 gsm and sized to a maximum of SRA 3. When clients have a particular look in mind, team members can select finishing options to meet their requests. This printer can create booklets, hole punch, staple and saddle stitch. The image quality is more than reasonable at 1200 x 1200 dpi, and an automatic process continuously refreshes the system to maintain this standard.

Advantages

Many innovative features on the all-in-one MX-3060V model make it stand out from the competition. A motion sensor is included to spot approaching operators and wake the printer if it has gone into Sleep Mode, so it is ready to use sooner. Users access programs through a 10.1-inch colour touchscreen, and they can tilt the screen to a comfortable angle. Users can tailor the homepage to reflect the most needed functions, and there is a help manual for when something goes wrong.
