However, Sharp has worked hard to keep the interface user-friendly, even creating a series of straightforward controls and an Easy UI mode that makes it simple to locate what is needed. Finished in textured tones of grey, this smart-looking device won’t look out of place in any office. To manage energy costs, the settings keep this printer switched on only during specific hours. Furthermore, the control panel includes a feature called Eco Scan that stops unneeded software from running in the background.

Design
