Print, scan, and copy with the multifunction Lexmark MX510DE printer. This modern device features a touchscreen display on the control panel. It has a high monthly duty cycle of 100,000 pages and can deliver a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi. The Lexmark MX510DE mono laser multifunction printer is integrated with its very own 800 MHz dual core processor and has 512 MB of standard memory. The MX 510DE monochrome laser printer is quite pricey yet it does not have a fax machine.

Design

This small model measures 19.8 x 19.3 x 17.8 inches and weighs 48 lbs making it a good choice for offices with limited spaces. The Lexmark MX510DE MFP has a flatbed scanner and an ADF plus a control panel that has a numeric keypad and 4.3 inch touchscreen display. Print speed can go as fast as 45 ppm with the first page out in 6.5 seconds. On duplex mode, it has a speed of 20 spm. Up to 20,000 pages can be outputted by the high capacity black Lexmark MX510DE cartridges.

Advantages

The Lexmark MX510DE multifunction printer has handy features including an automatic duplexer and a reversing automatic document feeder. It has built-in Ethernet for easy networking plus it is compatible with most operating systems. For direct printing, a USB host is offered. The Lexmark MX510DE is very easy to use and setup. It has high paper handling capacity of 2,000 pages to help save time. Users can expect high-quality prints, copies, and scans from the Lexmark MX510DE mono laser printer. It has low power consumption and is Energy Star compliant.

Disadvantages

This multifunction model does not come with a fax machine. The MX-510DE MFP printer only offers Wi-Fi connectivity as an option which costs extra.
